Though we provide a state of art website designing services to our customers, still if there is any dissatisfaction, you as a client have the liberty to cancel an order and request a refund from us. We at usinsoft technologies employ a variety of cancellation policies for our diverse services. We believe in aiding our clients as much as possible, therefore our company follows a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Those who are discontented with any of the services that are provided by our company can mail their cancellation request at info@usinsofttechnologies.com. On receiving the request a member of our support staff team would contact you and provide you further advices for related issues on cancellation and further steps involved.

The policy for cancellation of any services provided by us and the associated cancellation would be as follows:


Cancellation Policy:

Under this policy,

  • 1. No request for cancellation would be considered for orders purchased on special occasions like Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are essentially limited occasion offers and hence cancellation is not possible.
  • 2. Our company would not entertain any request for cancellation of products owing to technical glitches including areas like hosting and domain errors..
  • 3. Our company would not entertain any request for cancellation of products if the complaint is not made within 3 days of making the purchase.
  • 4. Our customer support team will take appropriate actions on your submitted request within 24 hours and contact you with suitable counter measures that you can take for various issues..
  • 5. An additional verification process would also be initiated by the company to ensure that both the clients and the company are in benefit and neither party suffers any kind of loss.

Refund Policy:

We at usinsoft technologies put in our best efforts to ensure that our clients are offered nothing but "Excellence" However in case of any dissatisfaction we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date on which the customer started using the service. Also the final payments would be made after deducting the Hourly charges and Service Tax for the work completed by us.

  • 1. In case the clients have made some additional payment our company would return 100% of the extra amount..
  • 2. Our company would provide no refunds for issues related to domain name registrations, transfers, web service renewals and registrations. This is essentially due to administrative costs associated with these services.
  • 3. Clients would not be given any refunds in case of quality customization services provided by a member of our support staff team. Such services essentially involve social media content management, theme customization, website customization.
